Settings

The Settings branch provides configuration tools for HR policies, payroll, leave management, and employee request templates. It allows customization of the HR system to reflect company-specific practices.

  • Salary Adds & Deducts → Configure recurring salary components such as allowances, overtime, or deductions.

  • Leave Category → Define leave types such as annual leave, sick leave, or unpaid leave.

  • Miscellaneous Category → Classify non-standard HR activities for reporting (e.g., one-time benefits).

  • Regular Days → Define regular working days for attendance and scheduling purposes.

  • Annual Holidays → Configure yearly public holidays, ensuring proper leave and attendance calculations.

  • Employees Requests Templates → Create templates for standardized employee requests (e.g., leave, loan, asset requests).

  • General Settings → Control HR system-wide configurations such as approval workflows, payroll policies, and timekeeping rules.
