Project Report
Overview: This interface is designed to help administrators manage and track multiple projects efficiently, providing detailed information about project types, areas, timelines, and progress.
1. Status Records
Projects Status
- This chart visually represents the status of all projects.
- Segments:
- Orange: Completed projects.
- Yellow: Pending projects.
- Pink: Projects that are currently in progress.
Tasks Status
- This chart shows the status of tasks across projects.
- Bars:
- Green: Completed tasks.
- Purple: Tasks that are not completed.
2. Project Records
- Displayed Fields:
- Project Number: A unique identifier for each project.
- Project Type: The methodology or framework used (e.g., Default).
- Project Name: The name of the project (e.g., Smart Bridge Monitoring System).
- Areas: The geographical location of the project (e.g., Dubai, Kouba).
- Start Date: The date the project begins.
- End Date: The expected completion date of the project.
- Phase Ratio in Project: The percentage of phases completed within the project.
- Status: The current status of the project (e.g., On Progress, Pending, Canceled).
- Number of Phases: The total number of phases in the project.
- Total Cost: The overall cost associated with the project.
3. Record Controls
- Entries per Page: Adjust the number of projects displayed per page (default is 5).
- Pagination Controls: Navigate between pages using the controls at the bottom of the table.
4. Filtering Projects
- Filter Button: Use this button to refine the list of projects based on specific criteria.
- Criteria include Number, Name, Type, Status, Lowest cost, Highest cost, and Date Range.
- Apply filters to quickly locate relevant projects.

- Utilize the filter option to streamline searches and quickly access relevant records.
- Double-check details before making changes to project records to maintain data accuracy.
