๐ Overview
The Sales Orders interface allows administrators to manage and track customer sales orders effectively, providing options for filtering, reviewing, and managing orders in a table format.
๐ Sales Order Records
- Number: Unique ID for the sales order (e.g., SOINV/2025/3/00009).
- Payment Reference: Payment reference linked to the order.
- Name: Customer name.
- Date: Creation date of the order.
- Due Date: Deadline for payment or delivery.
- Status: Current order status (e.g., Draft, Posted).
- Total: Total order value.
- Current Step: Next step in the workflow.

- Entries per Page: Shows 5 entries by default.
- Pagination: Navigate through orders using ยซ โน 1 โบ ยป buttons.
- Delete Selected: Remove selected sales orders.

๐ Filtering Sales Orders
- Filter Button: Opens filter options at the top.
- Filter Fields: Number, PO Reference, Date Range, Due Date, Project, Customer, Location.
- Search: Apply filters to view matching results.

โ Creating a Sales Order
- Click Create to begin a new order.
- Customer: Select existing or add a new customer.
- Reference Number: Choose or create a reference.
- Currency: Select the transaction currency.
- Date & Due Date: Set the creation and due dates.
- Journal: Assign the journal (e.g., Customer Invoices).
- Retention: Enter a percentage if applicable.

- Template: Apply a predefined item template.
- Add Existing Item: Select from system items.
- Add New Item: Manually enter item details.
- Get Reference Items: Auto-fill items from selected references.
๐ฐ Total Calculations
- Final Price: Calculated from unit price ร quantity.
- Taxes: Total applicable tax per item.
- Price Include Tax: Indicates tax-inclusive pricing.
- Total: Grand total for the order.

- Save: Save the order as a draft.
- Submit: Finalize and proceed with processing.
