Stakeholders KPIs
Overview: This page is designed to help administrators evaluate project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and stakeholders’ marks.
1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
This section provides an overview of metrics that measure the progress and success of project members:
- Completed Tasks: The total number of tasks successfully finished.
- Members: The number of individuals actively involved in ongoing projects.
- On-going Projects: The count of projects currently in progress.

2. Stakeholder Marks
This table evaluates projects based on marks assigned to stakeholders:
- Name: The name of the project (e.g., Smart Bridge Monitoring System, Flood Control and Drainage Optimization).
- Mark Points: The points associated with each stakeholder's contribution to the project (currently, both display 0).

3. Actions Available
- Filter: Use this option to customize the displayed list of projects based on Date Range.

- Regularly update the tasks and project records to ensure KPIs reflect real-time progress.
