The Items branch centralizes the list of goods and services offered to customers. A structured item catalog ensures consistency in quotations, sales orders, invoices, and project sales reporting.

  • Items → Maintain the master list of products or services available for sale. Each record can include descriptions, sales prices, units of measure, and applicable tax rules. This ensures that sales staff always work with accurate, standardized information.
