Profit and Loss Report

This report provides an overview of financial performance, including total income, expenses, gross profit, and net profit for a selected period.

📊 Report Layout

Profit and Loss Report Layout
  • Income: Total revenue from sales or services.
  • Expenses: Total costs incurred (COGS, operating, etc.).
  • Gross Profit: Income minus direct costs.
  • Net Profit: Final profit after deducting all expenses.
  • All values are displayed in your base currency (e.g., AED).

📤 Export to Excel

Export to Excel
  • Click Export to Excel to download a copy of the report for offline use.
  • The report will reflect any filters applied before exporting.

🔍 Filter Panel

Filter Panel
  • Reference Number: Filter by linked transaction or document.
  • Date Range: Define the period (From - To) for the report.
  • Include Draft Entries: Optionally include entries not yet posted.
  • Search / Clear Filters: Refresh or reset the report data.
