Visits Report
Overview This interface is designed to help administrators track and manage site visits related to projects, ensuring efficient monitoring and documentation.
1. Visit Records
- Displayed Fields:
- Project Number: A unique identifier for the project associated with the visit.
- Project Name: The name of the project linked to the visit.
- Phase: The phase of the project during which the visit occurred.
- Date: The date of the site visit.
- Site Engineer: The name of the engineer conducting the visit.
2. Record Controls
- Entries per Page: Adjust the number of visit records displayed per page (default is 5).
- Pagination Controls: Navigate between pages using the controls at the bottom of the table.
3. Filtering Visits
