The dashboard provides key sales metrics:
- Customers: Displays the number of registered customers.
- Sales Orders: Shows the total number of sales transactions.
- Items: Lists products available for sale.
3. Core Sales Operations
Managing Sales Orders
- Click Add Sales Order to create a new order.
- Track ongoing orders under the Sales Orders section.
Quotations & Inquiries
- Click Add Quotation to request pricing.
- Use Add Inquiries to manage procurement-related questions.
Customer Management
- Click Add Customer to register new clients.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Click BOQ to manage project materials.
Item Tracking
- Click Add Item to register new products.
Items Purchase Orders

Table Structure
The table is organized into the following columns:
- Name
- Description: Product title or short description (e.g., “FILTER ELEMENT, MAKE: THE HILLIARD CORPORATION, PART NUMBER: PH312-11-CGV”).
- Amount
- Description: Quantity of the item ordered for tracking and inventory.
- Price
- Description: Unit price used in cost management and financial calculations.
- Project
- Description: The associated project or RFQ reference like “RFQ TZ043.”
Purchase Orders
The Purchase Orders Table provides a structured view of processed sales orders, including:
- Number: Unique identifier for tracking sales invoices.
- Project: Displays the associated project reference.
- Status: Indicates order processing stage (e.g., Draft, Posted).
- VAT: The tax applied to the transaction.
- Total Cost: Summarizes the final purchase amount.
