Projects KPIs
Overview This interface is designed to help administrators monitor and evaluate the success and progress of projects using specific metrics.
1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- What are KPIs?
- KPIs are specific metrics used to measure the success and progress of a project.
- They provide insights into project performance and help identify areas for improvement.
2. Displayed Metrics
- Completed Tasks: The total number of tasks that have been successfully completed.
- Members: The number of team members involved in the projects.
- Ongoing Projects: The number of projects currently in progress.
This table offers a summarized overview of the key project metrics, making it easier to understand the project's current status at a glance. It lists the total tasks completed, team members involved, and the count of active projects to support efficient monitoring.
3. Mark and Points Table
- Project Mark: The name of the project being evaluated (e.g., Smart Bridge Monitoring System, Flood Control and Drainage Optimization).
- Mark Points: The points assigned to each project based on its performance (e.g., 0 for both projects in the example).
This table outlines project-specific performance evaluations. Each row reflects a project title and its corresponding mark points, helping stakeholders assess which projects are excelling or need attention.
4. Navigation Options
- Filter Button: Use this button to refine the list of projects based on Date Range.
Tips for Efficient Use
- Regularly review the KPIs to ensure projects are on track and meeting their goals.
- Use the filter option to focus on specific projects or metrics.
- Analyze the Mark and Points table to identify underperforming projects and take corrective actions.
