Labours Project Cost
Overview: This interface is designed to help administrators track and manage labor-related costs, including working hours, extra hours, and associated financial details.
1. Filter Records
- Labours Costing: Choose the specific project for which labor costs need to be tracked.
- From Date / To Date: Specify the date range to filter labor records.
- Click on Search to filter the records.
2. Labor Records
Displayed Fields:
- Labour Code: A unique identifier for each labor entry.
- Name: The name of the laborer or worker.
- Working Hours: The total number of regular working hours logged.
- Extra Hours: The total number of overtime hours worked.
- Total Working Hours Amount: The calculated cost for regular working hours.
- Total Extra Hours Amount: The calculated cost for overtime hours.
3. Actions
- Export to Excel: Download the labor records in Excel format for further analysis or record-keeping.
Tips for Efficient Use
- Regularly update labor records to ensure accurate tracking of hours and costs.
- Use the "Export to Excel" feature to generate reports for payroll or project analysis.
- Ensure all labor codes and names are correctly entered to avoid discrepancies in tracking.
