Introduction

The Performance Reviews Page is designed to help administrators manage and oversee employee performance evaluations. It provides functionalities to create, filter, and review performance reviews efficiently.

Table Columns

  • Date: The date the performance review was conducted or recorded.
  • Employee: The name of the employee being reviewed.

  1. Entries Per Page: Displays up to 5 entries for easy navigation.
  2. Pagination: Use "« ‹ 1 › »" buttons to browse through performance review records.

  1. Click Filter at the top of the page.
  2. Apply filter options such as:
    • Date Range
    • Employee
  3. Click Search to update the table based on the selected filters.

Creating a Performance Review

  1. Click Create to begin a new performance review entry.

Fields

  1. Employee: Select the employee being reviewed from the dropdown list.
  2. Date: Specify the date of the performance review (format: mm/dd/yyyy).
  3. Main Knowledge: Rate the employee's expertise and understanding of their role.
  4. Productivity: Evaluate the employee's efficiency and output.
  5. Quality: Assess the quality of the employee's work.
  6. Skills: Rate the employee's technical and interpersonal skills.
  7. Initiative: Evaluate the employee's ability to take proactive actions.
  8. Relations: Assess the employee's relationships with colleagues and clients.
  9. Creativity: Rate the employee's ability to innovate and think outside the box.
  10. Punctuality: Evaluate the employee's timeliness and adherence to schedules.
  11. Comment: Provide additional feedback or observations.
  12. Personal Information: Include any relevant personal details for context.
  13. Consistency: Assess the employee's reliability and steadiness in performance.
  14. Enthusiasm: Rate the employee's energy and passion for their work.
