Tasks
The Tasks page provides administrators with an overview of project tasks, including their statuses, assigned members, and progress. This helps streamline project tracking and ensures efficient task management.
1. Task Management
Filter & Navigation
- Filter Options: Users can filter tasks based on their progress status:
- Pending
- On Progress
- Done
- Entries Per Page: Users can choose how many tasks to display per page (e.g., 5 entries per page).
2. Task List Structure
Each task entry includes:
- Task Name: Clickable to view detailed task information.
- Assigned Members: Shows the members responsible for the task.
- Progress Status: Indicates whether a task is Pending, On Progress, or Done.
Pagination Controls
Users can navigate between pages using:
- Previous (‹) and Next (›) Buttons
- Page Numbers (1, 2, etc.)
3. Viewing & Managing Tasks
- Click on the Task Name to view additional details about the task.
- Check the Progress Status to track completion rates.
- Update tasks or assign new members if necessary.
