Overview
This interface is designed to manage and track templates (Request for Quotations) efficiently, providing detailed information about materials, labor, and services required for projects.
1. Template Records
- Displayed Fields:
- Title: Name or identifier of the template.
2. Record Controls
- Entries per Page: Adjust the number of templates displayed per page (default is 5).
- Pagination Controls: Navigate between pages using the controls at the bottom of the table.
- Delete Selected: Select and delete specific templates from the list.
3. Creating templates
- Create Button: Click this button to initiate a new template.
To add a new template:
- Fill in the required fields:
- Title: Enter the name or identifier for the template.
- Body: Provide the main content or description for the template.
- Click Save to finalize the template creation.
4. Navigation Options
- Back to List: Use this button to return to the main template list without saving changes.
Tips for Efficient Use
- Utilize pagination controls to access older or additional templates.
- Double-check details before deleting any template to avoid accidental loss of data.
