The HRM | Admin CP Interviews page is designed for HR administrators to manage interview processes efficiently. Here, you’ll review interview details, monitor key HR metrics, use filtering options, and control data records—all focused on keeping interview management streamlined.

Create Interview

  • Create Interviews: This indicates that you are in the interview creation workflow. It sets the context for what follows and may also appear as part of the page's title or as a prompt for the action you’re undertaking.

  • Save: This button is used to submit the form once you’ve entered all required details. Clicking Save records the new interview in the system.

  • Back To List: A navigation element that allows you to return to the interview listing page, helping you exit this form without saving or after completion.

2. Form Input Fields

These fields capture specific details about the interview:

  • Name: A text input where you enter a reference or title for the interview. This may be the interview's identifier or a brief descriptor.

  • Position: A dropdown field labeled Position where you select the job position related to the interview. The placeholder—Select From List—indicates that the available options are drawn from a predefined list, ensuring consistency.

  • Additional Dropdown Selections: You’ll notice one or more occurrences of Select From List following the Position field and later in the form. Although not explicitly labeled here, these dropdown fields likely serve purposes such as:

    • Choosing the interviewer or interview panel.

    • Selecting the interview type or mode (e.g., online, in-person).

    • Setting any additional category or sub-position details relevant to your organization's hiring process.

  • In each instance, the placeholder text prompts you to select an appropriate option from a predefined menu.

  • Date: A field designed to capture the interview date. The placeholder mm / dd / yyyy ensures you input the date in the correct format.

  • Time: A field (likely with dropdown options given the accompanying Select From List text) to choose the interview’s start time. Like other dropdowns, all possible times are pre-specified to streamline scheduling.

  • Mark and Total Marks: These labels indicate fields related to the interview evaluation process:

    • Mark: Could be used for entering a candidate’s score or a point value assigned during the interview.

    • Total Marks: Indicates the maximum possible score. This gives evaluators a benchmark against which to compare individual marks.

  • Selection: This likely represents a final decision status or a control for flagging the interview outcome, such as indicating whether a candidate is selected as a result of this interview.

Filter Interviews

This option lets you open the filter tool to customize the list of interview records. Using filters, you can narrow down entries based on criteria like job position, interview status, or date ranges, thereby streamlining data review and analysis.

2. Dashboard Metrics

Three key metrics provide an instant snapshot of HR activity:

  • Jobs: This number indicates the total job postings available in the system, giving a sense of the recruitment volume.

  • Interviews (Current Month): Displays the number of interviews scheduled or conducted within the current month. It helps you quickly gauge interview activity and manage your workload accordingly.

  • Selection: Reflects the number of candidates who have been selected so far. This metric tracks progress in the candidate selection process.

4. Data Table Display

The central area of the page is dedicated to a table that lists interview records. Here's how it breaks down:

  • Table Header Columns:

    • Name: Identifies the title or specific entry label for each interview.

    • Position: Shows the job position associated with the interview, such as Financial Controller.

    • Selection: Indicates the candidate's selection status (e.g., False means the candidate has not been selected).

    • Current Step: Details the current stage of the interview process (e.g., None means no progression has been recorded yet).

  • This row gives you a clear snapshot of one interview entry and its details.

  • Entry Count Indicator: The message "Showing 1 to 1 of 1 entry" confirms that only one record matches the current criteria, ensuring that you understand the scope of your data view.

  • "entries per page": This note indicates the maximum number of records that can be displayed on a single page, helping you manage data presentation and navigation.

5. Pagination Controls

When dealing with multiple entries, pagination controls enable you to navigate through the dataset efficiently:

  • Control Symbols:

    • « (First Page): Directly jumps to the first page of records.

    • ‹ (Previous Page): Moves one page back from the current view.

    • Page Number (e.g., "1"): Displays the current page number.

    • › (Next Page): Advances one page forward.

    • » (Last Page): Directly jumps to the last page of records.

These controls ensure easy navigation when the dataset exceeds the display limit per page.

6. Data Management Action

  • Delete Selected: This button allows you to remove one or more interview records from the system. If the page includes checkboxes next to each row, you can select multiple entries for batch deletion. Important Note: Deletion is irreversible; confirming such actions carefully helps protect data integrity and prevent accidental data loss.
