Business Trips

Introduction

The Business Trips Page is designed to help administrators manage and oversee employee business trips efficiently. It provides functionalities to create, filter, and review trips, along with a summary of related statistics.

Page Overview

  • Statistics:
    • Employees: Total number of employees.
    • Business Trip: Number of trips currently recorded.
    • Total Cost (Current Month): Total cost of trips for the current month.

Table Columns

  • Entries Display: The note "5 entries per page" specifies the maximum number of records that can be viewed at one time.
  • Table Columns:
    • Title: Represents the identifier or descriptive name of the trip record (e.g., "tfff").
    • Status: Indicates the current state of the trip (e.g., "Started").
    • Total Cost: Displays the cost incurred for the trip (e.g., "10.00 AED").
  • Record Count Indicator: A message such as "Showing 1 to 1 of 1 entry" confirms the number of records currently visible.

Key Features

  1. Entries Per Page: Displays up to 5 entries for easy navigation.
  2. Pagination: Use "« ‹ 1 › »" buttons to browse through business trip records.
  3. Delete Selected: Enables removal of specific business trip entries from the system.

Filtering Business Trips

  1. Click Filter at the top of the page.
  2. Apply filter options:
    • Name
    • Date Range
  3. Click Search to update the table based on the selected filters.

Creating a Business Trip

  1. Click Create to begin a new business trip entry.

Fields

  1. Start Date: Specify the starting date of the business trip (format: mm/dd/yyyy).
  2. End Date: Enter the ending date of the business trip (format: mm/dd/yyyy).
  3. Total Cost: Provide the estimated or actual total cost of the trip.
  4. Description: Include a brief explanation or purpose of the business trip.

Actions

  • Save: Save the business trip details for further editing or review.
  • Back To List: Return to the main business trips list without saving changes.
