📋 Request for Quotation (RFQ)

📘 Introduction

The RFQ page allows administrators to manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) related to Bills of Quantities. It provides functionalities to create, filter, and review RFQs efficiently.

📑 Table Columns

  • Number: Unique identifier for the RFQ.
  • Reference Number: Internal or project-specific reference code.
  • Date: Indicates when the RFQ was created.
  • Status: Shows the current stage of the RFQ (e.g., Draft).
  • Current Step: Describes the next action or phase in the RFQ process.

⚙️ Features

  • Entries Per Page: Displays paginated results.
  • Pagination: Navigate through records using pagination buttons.
  • Delete Selected: Remove selected RFQs.

🔍 Filtering RFQs

  1. Click Filter to open the filter panel.
  2. Apply filters such as:
    • Number
    • Reference Number
    • Date Range
    • Project
    • Location
    • Customer
  3. Click Search to view results.

🆕 Creating an RFQ

  1. Click Create on the menu bar.
  2. Fill in the fields:
    • RFQ Number (Auto-generated)
    • Date (Defaults to current date)
    • Customer
    • Reference Number
    • Customer Representative
    • RFQ Name
    • Ownership
    • RFQ Date
    • Due Date

  • Save: Save the RFQ draft.
  • Submit: Finalize and send for processing.
