The Divisions Page enables administrators to manage and organize internal divisions efficiently. It allows for easy creation, filtering, and review of division records tied to departments.

The divisions table displays the following columns:

  • Name: Name of the division (e.g., Information Technology).
  • Department: Related department name.

  1. Entries per Page: Displays 5 records at a time.
  2. Pagination: Navigate using standard pagination controls (e.g., ยซ โ€น 1 โ€บ ยป).
  3. Delete Selected: Select one or more records and delete them in bulk.

  1. Click the Filter button at the top of the page.
  2. Use any of the following filter criteria:
    • Division Name
    • Department
  3. Click Search to apply the filter and refresh the table.

  1. Click Create to open the new division form.

Form Fields

  1. Name in Arabic: Arabic translation of the division name.
  2. Name: English division name.
  3. Department: Select the parent department from the dropdown.
  4. Description in Arabic: Optional Arabic description.
  5. Description: Optional English description.

Available Actions

  • Save: Save and store the new division record.
  • Back to List: Cancel the process and return to the table view.
