π Introduction
The Items Page helps administrators manage product records, including type, category, pricing, and vendor details. It supports filtering, viewing, and editing in a structured format.
π Table Columns
- Name: Name of the item or product.
- Type: Default, Consumable, etc.
- Category: Group the product belongs to.
- Current Step: Indicates where the product is in its lifecycle.

- Entries Per Page: Limit to 5 entries for better readability.
- Pagination: Use navigation buttons to move across pages.
- Delete Selected: Remove multiple records at once.

π Filtering Products
- Click Filter to open the filtering menu.
- Choose:
- Product Name
- Product Type
- Click Search to apply filters.

π Creating a Product
- Click Create to open the product creation form.
Form Fields
- Name: Enter the itemβs name.
- Unit:
- Specify unit type (e.g., piece, kg).
- Select if it can be sold or purchased.
- Type: Select type (Default, Consumable).
- Vendor:
- Select an existing vendor.
- Click Add Vendor to add new.
- BarCode: Enter barcode if applicable.
- Category: Choose a product category.
- Sales Price: Set the selling price.
- Tax: Choose the tax percentage.
- Cost: Enter the product's cost.
Available Actions
- Save: Store the product record.
- Back to List: Cancel and return to table view.

- Review items in Draft status regularly to avoid backlog.
