Overview
The Inspections List Page interface is designed to help administrators manage and track inspection checklists efficiently, ensuring all necessary criteria are reviewed and verified.
1. Inspection Records
- Displayed Fields:
- Check Item Name: The name of the inspection item (e.g., Certificate of Origin, Packaging Condition).
2. Record Controls
- Entries per Page: Adjust the number of inspection items displayed per page (default is 5).
- Pagination Controls: Navigate between pages using the controls at the bottom of the table.
- Delete Selected: Select and delete specific inspection items from the list.
3. Creating Inspection Items
- Create Button: Click this button to add a new inspection item.
- Fill in the required fields: Check item name.
- Save the inspection item to finalize its creation.
Tips for Efficient Use
- Regularly review inspection items to ensure all criteria are up-to-date.
- Utilize pagination controls to access additional inspection items efficiently.
- Double-check details before deleting any inspection items to avoid accidental loss of data.
