📘 Overview
The Purchase Orders page helps administrators manage vendor orders efficiently. It gives insight into ordered items, payment progress, and quantities received or pending.

📑 Record Fields
- Date: When the PO was created.
- Vendor: The supplier associated with the order.
- Reference Number: Internal PO identifier.
- LPO Date: Official Local Purchase Order date.
- Item: Description of the purchased item or service.
- Quantity: Number of units ordered.
- Quantity Received: Units already received.
- Balance: Units pending delivery.
- Price: Cost per unit.
- Amount Paid: Payments issued so far.
- Final Price: Total value of the purchase order.
⚙️ Page Controls
- Entries per Page: Customize visible records (default: 5).
- Pagination: Use navigation arrows to move between pages.
- Export to Excel: Download records as an Excel file.
Use "Export to Excel" to generate a report for accounting or procurement review.
🔍 Filtering Purchase Orders
- Click Filter at the top of the page.
- Use any of the following fields to narrow results:
- Vendor
- Date Range
- Project
- Reference Number
- Location
- Item
- Click Search to apply the filters.
