- Create Product Entries: Add new products with detailed information.

2. How to Create a Product Entry
- Name: Specify the name of the item.
- Unit: Define the measurement unit for the item.
- Can Be Sold / Can Be Purchased: Indicate whether the item is available for sale or purchase.
- Type: Select the type of item from predefined options.
- Vendor: Assign a vendor to the item.
- Barcode: Add a barcode for easy identification.
- Category: Categorize the item for better organization.
- Sales Price: Set the selling price of the item.
- Tax: Specify applicable taxes.
- Cost: Input the cost price of the item.
3. How to Filter Product Entries
- Locate the Filter option at the top of the page.
- Specify your search criteria:
- Product name
- Type
- Category
- Click Apply Filter to display matching results.
4. How to Navigate Through Entries
- Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to switch between pages of product records.
- Adjust the display setting to show up to 5 entries per page.
5. How to Delete Product Entries
- Select the product records you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click Delete Selected to remove the chosen entries.
- Confirm the deletion to finalize the removal.

- Q: Can deleted product entries be restored? A: No, deleted product entries cannot be retrieved. Double-check before deletion.
- Q: What is the purpose of the 'Type' field? A: The 'Type' field categorizes the product as Default, Consumable, or other specified types.

- Problem: Unable to create or save a product entry. Solution: Verify that all mandatory fields (Name, Type, and Category) are completed correctly.
- Problem: Filters aren't returning results. Solution: Ensure the filter criteria match existing entries. Clear and reapply filters if necessary.
- Problem: Unable to delete selected products. Solution: Confirm the records are properly selected before clicking Delete Selected.
