  • Date: The date the purchase order was created.
  • Vendor: The name of the supplier associated with the order.
  • Reference Number: A unique identifier for the purchase order.
  • Local Purchase Order Date: The date of the local purchase order.
  • Item: The name or description of the item being ordered.
  • Quantity: The total quantity of the item ordered.
  • Quantity Received: The amount of the item received so far.
  • Balance: The remaining quantity yet to be received.
  • Price: The unit price of the item.
  • Amount Paid: The total amount paid for the order.
  • Final Price: The total cost of the purchase order.
