Banks

The Bank Accounts module allows users to view, create, filter, and manage organizational bank accounts. Each account includes details such as account number, name, IBAN, balance, and bank name.

📋 Bank Account List View

  • Create: Opens the form to add a new bank account.

  • Filter: Opens advanced filtering options.

  • Entries per Page: Select how many records to show at a time.

  • Table Columns: Number, IBAN, Name

  • No Data Available: If no records match the current filters, the message appears.

  • The footer shows the current range of entries (e.g., “Showing 0 to 0 of 0 entries”).

🧹 Bulk Deletion

  • Select records using checkboxes and click Delete Selected to remove them.

🔍 Filters

  • Name: Filter by the account label.

  • Number: Filter by account number.

  • Code: Use internal or external code references if applicable.

  • Search / Clear Filters: Apply or reset filter settings.

🏦 Create New Bank Account

  • Number *: Account number issued by your bank.

  • Name *: Friendly name for reference (e.g., Main Business Account).

  • IBAN *: International Bank Account Number (for global transactions).

  • Balance *: Opening or current balance to track in the system.

  • Bank Name *: Choose from existing bank list, or click Add Bank to register a new one.

💾 Save

  • Click Save to commit the new bank account.

  • All fields marked with * are mandatory.
